Yogurt parfaits are my go to breakfast. I do not love eggs so I eat a lot of yogurt to get my day going and when the berries are in season I try to mix in as many as I can. Adding a handful of granola makes it feel like a full breakfast, kinda:)
Strawberry Granola Yogurt Parfaits
A super easy addition to any brunch or a perfect start to the day. Use whatever fresh fruit you can find!
Ingredients
- 1 large container honey vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 pint strawberries, chopped into small pieces
- 2-3 Cups Granola
- Find 6 glass cups, jars, coffee mugs...
Instructions

Layer ingredients starting with yogurt, strawberries and then granola. Repeat layers until the glasses are full.

Store covered in plastic wrap in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
I would not make these too far in advance or the granola will turn soggy. 30 minutes to an hour is plenty of make ahead time.
