A delicious little boozy treat to serve at happy hour or for a party!
In a large bowl, pour prosecco over grapes. Allow to soak for at least an hour or up to over night.
Pour the grapes and prosecco into a colander.
Pour sugar into a shallow bowl or pie plate. Using a slotted spoon transfer a few grapes at a time to the sugar plate. Shake it back and forth until the grapes are fully coated.
Place coated grapes on a foil/parchment paper lined baking sheet. Allow the sugar to harden just a bit, about 10 minutes. You can place them back in a bowl at this point and refrigerate until you are ready to serve or serve immediately.
