Old Bread- as much or as little as you have
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Cut the bread in to small cubes, about 1/2". Lay the cubes on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle the bread with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss with your hands until all the pieces of bread are covered in the oil mixture.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until they become golden brown and crunchy.
Notes:
*Store leftovers in a zip top bag in the refrigerator
*Use garlic powder, herbs, cayenne... to change up the flavor
