A salty, garlicky, delicious way to serve Edamame.
In a small bowl combine soy sauce, sugar, water and corn starch.
In a large skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and saute or about 1 minute. Brown the garlic, but DO NOT burn it.
Add the soy sauce mixture to the skillet then add the edamame and toss well until coated and warmed. You can put the edamame frozen into the skillet if you do not have time to thaw just make sure you heat the pods through-about 5 minutes.
Serve warm
