Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. Make sure the foil piece is big enough to fold over and seal the fish.
Wash and pat dry salmon fillets. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, garlic cloves, melted butter, parsley and dill.
Arrange salmon fillets on top of foil on baking sheet. Pour lemon mixture over fish. Place a slice of lemon on each piece of fish. Fold the sides of foil over the fish sealing so none of the sauce leaks out.
Bake in oven for 15-17 minutes or until flaky. Serve immediately!
