In a small skillet (8") add chorizo, garlic and jalapeños until the meat is cooked though, about 5 minutes. If your chorizo is really fatty then I suggest draining and then returning it to skillet.
Top cooked chorizo with cheese and place in oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
Serve with tortilla chips
Notes:
* I used a Lodge cast iron skillet to make this dip, but if you do not have one then just cook the meat mixture in a skillet and transfer to an oven safe serving dish before topping with cheese.
