Beer Cheese Dip
8 slices bacon-cooked and chopped
2- 8oz packets of cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup cheddar (don't use sharpe or aged-it doesn't melt as good)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bottle beer0ale works best
Preheat oven to 350Â°
In a food processor, mix all ingredients until smooth.
Pour mixture into an oven safe dish and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with pretzels
*You can pour the mixture directly from the food processor into a crock pot and turn it on low to warm through. Serve directly from crock pot.
