Easy weeknight dinner for the little kids and big kids.
Cut dough into 4-6 equal pieces. Roll out into a circle on a floured cutting board.
Spread a small amount of sauce on the dough. Spread about 1 Tablespoon cottage cheese or ricotta onto one half of the rolled out dough. Sprinkle mozzarella, sausage and a few slices of pepperoni over the cheese and sauce.
Fold the dough over filling and pinch edges to seal.
Place calzone onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
Once you have finished preparing all the calzones place into a heated oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with heated remaining pasta sauce.
