Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Makes about 8 wraps
1 lb. ground chicken
1/2 onion, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1/2 cup Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 Tablespoon olive oil
8 Iceburg lettuce leaves
1 cup shredded carrots
Blue Cheese crumbles
carrots and celery sticks
In a large skillet, heat oil and saute chopped onions and celery. Once softened add the chicken. Cook until crumbly and browned. Add buffalo sauce and heat through.
To assemble, fill lettuce cups with chicken mixture. Top with shredded carrots and blue cheese.
Serve with celery and carrot sticks.
