Made with ham, chicken, Swiss and mozzarella cheeses this Chicken Cordon Bleu lasagna is a creamy and delicious meal that will become a family favorite.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook lasagna noodles 2 minutes less than package directions say. Once they are cooked, drain in a colander and place on a foil line baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray so they do not stick. You can layer the noodles as long as you spray each layer with spray.
In a large sauce pot heat butter over medium until melted.
Add garlic and allow to cook for about 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in flour to butter. Cook for 1 minute whisking all the lumps out.
Gradually add the milk whisking as you go.
Add onion powder, salt and pepper. Add cream cheese and stir until all the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes. Taste for salt and pepper.
Spray a 9x13" baking sheet with cooking spray.
Scoop 1/2 cup sauce into bottom of baking dish. Spread out evenly.
Place 3 lasagna noodles on the bottom of the pan
Layer 1/3 of chicken over the noodles.
Next layer 1/3 ham over chicken
Pour 1/3 sauce over chicken and ham
Sprinkle 1/3 of Swiss cheese over sauce
Repeat two more times. Noodles, chicken, ham, sauce, cheese
Cover with your remaining 3 sheets of pasta
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and parsley
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly
Let sit 15 minutes before serving
