Creamier than guacamole this whipped avocado dip is quick, easy and perfect with tortilla chips, kettle chips or veggies. Perfect appetizer for a crowd! And if there is any leftover spread it on some whole wheat toast for a delicious breakfast or snack.
In a food processor blend together all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Taste for seasoning.
This is best if it can sit for a few hours in the fridge, but be sure and cover tightly with plastic wrap. If the top does begin to turn brown just stir and serve.
Serve with sliced celery and carrots or tortilla chips or potato chips.
If you like it even creamier then just add a bit more yogurt to mix.
