EASY and oh so delicious holiday treat! Salty and Sweet-the perfect combo!
Preheat oven to 350°
Line a baking sheet with foil. Be sure the cover the edges of the pan as well. Spray with cooking spray.
Lay the saltines flat to cover the entire pan. You may have some space on one edge, but thats okay. Just fit as many crackers as you can on the baking sheet. It may take more than one sleeve depending on how big your pan is.
Melt the butter in a small pot. Add sugar and boil for about 3 minutes. Do not cook longer or you will start to make caramel. Pour sugar mixture on top of crackers and spread evenly with a spatula. Bake for 5 minutes.
Take the baked crackers out of the oven and immediately sprinkle peanut butter chips and chocolate chips over crackers. Let sit for a few minutes and then with a rubber spatula gently spread the melted chips over the crackers.
Refrigerate for several hours and then break into pieces.
